My name is Heidi Staley. I am a wife to my husband of 14 years (crazy), mommy of a 8 year old girl and a 5 year old boy (even crazier!), and child of God. I have a love and passion for all things healthy and pure. I started this blog to express my passion and to encourage those on a health and wellness journey. My passion doesn’t stop at health though, it goes deeper to be pure in spirit. Living a life to honor God is something I strive for daily. Health and wellness is a journey, as is our spiritual life.
